JOHN ELWAY BASICALLY HIRES HIMSELF AS DENVER COACH

Former Denver head coach, John Fox was let go by GM, John Elway after posting a record of 48 wins and 12 losses.  That kind of record would get most coaches a raise in pay as opposed to getting fired.  Elway stated that after meeting with Fox, it was determined that the 2 did not agree in how the team was going.  In other words, if you don't agree with Elway, then you have to go.  Bottom line is Elway wanted more say in how Fox should run the team, but Fox is his own man.  By the way. Fox has been hired as head coach of the Chicago Bears so his time of being unemployed was short lived.  So what does Elway do for a new coach??
He hires his good friend, Gary Kubiak, who will agree to everything that Elway says and wants to do.  Kubiak has head coaching experience with the Houston Texans and compiled a record of  61-64.  Not exactly good numbers compared to Fox's  48-12, but not the worst either.  It was to be a promising year for the Texans, in what turned out to be the end of Kubiak's job.  They started out the season with 2 wins, but then went on to lose the next 11.  Kubiak was then fired from a team that was picked to win the AFC.  Kubiak had a good year as offensive coordinator of the Baltimore Ravens this season.  Honestly, I think he should have stayed there.  He is up against a coach that posted 48 wins during his time in Denver, so it is fair to ask, how much better can Kubiak be for that team??  Elway wants to run that team, including who plays and what plays to call.  There is no way, Kubiak will be his own man
and making coaching decisions on his own.  Kubiak may have the title of head coach, but John Elway will now have that job for himself..  Denver has talent and should be a contender next season, but if they aren't, then do not blame it on, Gary Kubiak.  Blame it on "coach" Elway.

JohnElway should challenge himself. He should take over as head coach and see if he can do better than former coach Kubak's record-If he does any worse he should give up the Broncos and go coach at a nearby high school
